Amendment to RAND's Development Agreement with the City of Santa Monica for its 300,000+ square foot headquarters to expand allowable uses, enabling sale or lease to office users, life sciences labs, or other tenants seeking a premier campus in a prime coastal location. HLKK assisted RAND in securing unanimous City Council approval of the Development Agreement amendment, as well as approval from the California Coastal Commission for the amendments to RAND's Coastal Development Permits. The project will increase activation of the property, benefiting RAND, local businesses, the City, and the surrounding community.
