HLKK represented the French National Olympic and Sport Committee (CNOSF) in negotiating a license agreement with the City of Santa Monica for use of the Annenberg Community Beach House during the 2028 Summer Olympic Games. The agreement allows CNOSF to use the beachfront venue as Club France, the official hospitality and broadcast hub for the French Olympic delegation.
