Eoin H. Gubbins is a seasoned real estate attorney with in-depth experience in real estate transactions. Representing publicly traded REITs, large developers and smaller property owners on projects throughout the Western United States, Gubbins has negotiated and documented complex purchase and sale agreements and commercial leases, and counseled clients on day-to-day real estate management. Prior to joining Harding Larmore Kutcher & Kozal LLP, Gubbins spent over six years in the real estate group at Allen Matkins Leck Gamble Mallory & Natsis LLP in that firm's Century City office.

While in law school in Ireland, Gubbins was awarded a scholarship by the University of Limerick and the Irish American Bar Association (Los Angeles) to participate in an externship program at the Federal District Court for the Central District of California. During his LL.M studies, Gubbins authored and published "Precedent in the WTO: Advantages of De Jure Stare Decisis," (2006) 9 TCLR 57.

Gubbins is a member of the State Bar of California and the New York State Bar. He also is an active member in the Irish American Bar Association (Los Angeles). Gubbins, his wife Sally and their two young daughters reside in Santa Monica.
